Paul Milligan

In addition to many years of dealing in family law and related matters, Paul has extensive knowledge of civil litigation, company and partnership law, commercial property and professional negligence.
Paul has written articles for the Yorkshire Post and Family Law Journals. He has been involved with local radio and regularly provides seminars on issues dealing with separating couples.
He has been a Partner and head of the family law departments at two large city centre practices in Leeds.

Milligan Law was established in 2014 as a niche family law firm. Paul Milligan is the head of the company and has 30 years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of family law.
Milligan Law offers matrimonial and co-habiting couples pragmatic legal solutions to all of their problems at exceptionally competitive rates. We can offer a fixed price scheme to all our clients.
The company is based just outside of York but offers its services to clients nationally.
